My order hasn't started
Written by the SMMFollows support team. Updated 2026-11-01.
Most "stuck" orders are either still within the service's normal start time, or can't start because of something on the target page. Go through these in order.
1. Compare with the service's start time
Open the service on the Services page and read the description. "Start: 0–12 hours" means an order that has been Pending for three hours is normal. Speed works the same way: 1K/day on a 5,000 order takes five days.
2. Open the link you ordered on
Open it in a private browser window, where you're not logged in. If you can't see the content, neither can we. The usual causes:
- the account is private;
- the post was deleted or archived;
- the username changed, so the old link no longer resolves;
- the page is restricted by age or region.
Fix the page (make it public, restore the post) and the order usually picks up on its own within a few hours.
3. Check the link type
A post-likes order with a profile link, or a followers order with a post link, can't be delivered. See which link to paste. An order with the wrong link type won't fix itself; ask us to cancel it and place a new one.
4. Look for a duplicate
If you placed two orders for the same link and service, the second one waits for the first to finish. That's expected.
5. Open a ticket
If the order is past the stated start time, the page is public and the link is right, write to us: Tickets → Orders → Speed Up. Include:
- the order ID (from the Orders page; several IDs can be separated by commas);
- what you checked already.
We look at the order on our side and either restart it, cancel it with a refund, or tell you what's blocking it. Please don't open several tickets for the same order; it slows the queue for everyone, including you.
Didn't find what you needed? Open a ticket from your account and include the order ID if there is one. We reply around the clock.
