Help Center / Placing orders
Which link to paste
Written by the SMMFollows support team. Updated 2026-11-01.
The service description always says what link it needs. These are the general rules behind it.
Profile or post?
| Service type | Link | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Followers, subscribers, members | The profile, channel or group | https://www.instagram.com/username/ |
| Likes, views, comments, shares, saves | The specific post, video or reel | https://www.instagram.com/p/C0deEXAMPLE/ |
| Story views, poll votes | The profile (stories) or the story link, as stated in the description | https://www.instagram.com/username/ |
| Live stream viewers | The live URL or the profile, as stated |
Platform notes
- Instagram: use the full URL, not just the username, unless the description says "username only". Reels and posts both work with their share link.
- TikTok: copy the video link from the share button on desktop or in the app. Short
vm.tiktok.comlinks usually work, but the fulltiktok.com/@user/video/…link is safer. - YouTube: for videos use the
watch?v=link or theyoutu.belink. For subscribers use the channel URL (youtube.com/@handleor/channel/…). - Facebook: page likes need the page URL; post services need the post URL. Posts inside private groups can't be delivered.
- X (Twitter): profile for followers; the status link for likes, reposts and views.
- Telegram: public channel or group link (
t.me/name). Private invite links are accepted only by services that say so.
Links that get refused
- Links with tracking junk at the end can confuse some services. Remove everything after
?if an order is refused with "incorrect link". - Shortened links from third-party shorteners (bit.ly and similar) are not followed.
- Links to private accounts or deleted posts are accepted but never start.
