Partial orders
Written by the SMMFollows support team. Updated 2026-11-01.
A Partial order delivered some of the quantity and then stopped. The part that wasn't delivered is credited back to your balance automatically; you don't need to ask.
Why orders end as Partial
- The page went private or the post was removed while the order was running.
- The platform limited how much could be delivered to that page in that period.
- The service's source ran out for that target (common with targeted services, such as a specific country).
- The order was canceled after delivery had started.
Reading the numbers
On the Orders page, Remains on a Partial order is the undelivered quantity, and Charge shows the final cost after the refund. Example: 1,000 ordered at $2.00 per 1K, 700 delivered. Remains is 300, charge becomes $1.40, and $0.60 is back on your balance.
Can it be completed?
Not by restarting the same order. If the cause is fixed (the page is public again), place a new order for the remaining quantity. If you believe the order stopped for no reason on our side, open a ticket with the ID and we'll check the delivery log.
Refills don't apply here: a refill replaces units that were delivered and later dropped, not units that were never delivered.
Didn't find what you needed? Open a ticket from your account and include the order ID if there is one. We reply around the clock.
