Why followers or likes drop

A count that goes down after an order is called a drop. It's a normal part of this business, and it's the reason refill guarantees exist. Here's what's behind it.
What causes drops
- Platform cleanups. Instagram, TikTok and YouTube periodically remove accounts they consider inactive or inauthentic. When those accounts were among the ones that followed or liked, the count falls.
- Service quality. Cheaper services use lower-quality sources and drop more. The service description is honest about this: "no refill" or "drops possible" on a cheap service means exactly that.
- Platform changes. A new detection rule can trigger drops across many services at once. These show up as a sudden drop on many orders the same day.
How to reduce them
- Choose services marked with a refill period. They cost more because their sources are more stable.
- Prefer services whose description mentions "real" or "high quality" over the cheapest ones in the category when the account matters.
- Avoid stacking several providers on the same page at once; it makes cleanups more likely.
What a refill guarantee covers
"Refill 30 days" means that if the count drops within 30 days of completion, we deliver the dropped amount again at no charge, on request. Each service states its own period, and some say "lifetime" or "no refill". The period starts when the order completes, not when you notice the drop. How to request one is in request a refill.
What a guarantee doesn't cover: units that were never delivered (that's a Partial, refunded instead), and drops on services without refill.
